All our sandwiches are portion controlled.  Wraps are

at a higher price point due to the increased portion size. 


All sandwiches are cut in half and served on a platter.  We can individually wrap and labeled each sandwich half with ingredients upon request.


All dressings, sauces, and mixes are made in house with love and can be purchased at www.mercimonami.ca .

* ALL sandwiches can be made with low carbohydrate wraps, gluten free breads, and light dressings

* We use only Omega 3 eggs and milk products

* Plates, cutlery, and napkins are ALWAYS included and biodegradable

* Everything is made fresh daily.  Any leftover food is  donated to the Scott House Mission.

* Every dressing in made in house, and made from scratch with only the freshest ingredients.  Dressings can be purchased in store.

Each assistant who places an order with us will receive a complimentary lunch.  The lunch is prepared for you with a selection of the foods you have ordered for your luncheon.


Food Allergies

We do our best to accommodate food allergies by disinfecting all surfaces and preparing food allergy orders first so there is a minimal risk of cross contamination.  That being said, we do use the following ingredients in our kitchen on a day to day basis that are common food allergens; almonds, walnuts, sesame oil, eggs, milk, seafood, soy, wheat.  In addition to this list we use many other common and uncommon food products so please advise us of any food allergies and we will do our best to minimize contamination.

Minimum Orders

Most menu items have stated minimum quantities.  Due to the increasing traffic congestion and other delivery challenges throughout Toronto, we have a minimum delivery of 15 people.   Please provide 24 hours notice when placing an order so that we can route deliveries accordingly and have the ability to provide you with the solution  that best suits your needs.


Food Presentation

For cold food items, we present food on black platters with clear dome lids.  Ceramic trays can be provided at a cost of $5 per platter.


Hot items are provided in foil pans to maintain heat for transport in our thermal food carriers.  Chafing dishes are available for an additional $30 each.

Additional charges may apply for pick up of ceramic platters and chafing dishes.



Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notice of 24 hours is required as we schedule staffing, deliveries, and food product orders based on catering volume.  Unfortunately less than 24 hours notice will result in a full charge for the catering requested.



Payment

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, & American Express.  We provide credit terms of net 30 on good standing corporate accounts, however, a 2% interest penalty will be charged invoices outstanding longer this grace period.



Delivery Charges

Delivery charges range dependent on travel time. We deliver between 5:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.  Additional charges may apply to deliveries outside these hours.
